Nourish your mind, body, and spirit with an immersive and intimate sound healing practice.  Guided by Rebecca Sabine, violinist, meditation facilitator, and Reiki healer, and Elizabeth Marshall, cellist, yoga instructor, and Reiki Master, this workshop will include a full restorative yoga practice and guided meditation, all accompanied by live music to transform the soul and heal the energetic body.  Leading participants on a path of transformation and self-awareness, the workshop encourages a level of deep relaxation which will allow you to heal yourself at a profound level. This class is open to all who wish to join us and the practice is suitable for all levels of mobility.
