Breathwork with Natasha Stewart

Join Natasha Stewart for a clarifying session of reconnecting to yourself through conscious, connected breath

The session will begin with a short meditation, instruction, 50 minutes of breathwork, space for a deeply integrative rest, followed by warming tea and optional sharing.

We will be using an active style of breathwork to drop into the body, giving us access to all the material waiting to be seen, heard, loved-up, processed or released.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to connect us with stored emotions in the body so that we can release anything that no longer benefits our well-being, leaving us replenished, lighter and free. This practice facilitates a deeper connection to the core of who we are, and gives us access to more clarity on our life’s journey with greater self-awareness, love and compassion for ourselves and others.

A yoga mat, blanket and bolster will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else you would like to make yourself comfortable lying down for a prolonged period, such as an extra blanket or pillow.

Cost: $45 (monthly members receive a 10% discount)

Sanctuary | Community Grief Circle | March

Sanctuary is a monthly community grief circle, a practice of co-creating a container to hold our experiences of loss with gentle care and loving-kindness.

Facilitated by Liz McCausland, MSW, RYT500

Sanctuary is a monthly community grief circle, a practice of co-creating a container to hold our experiences of loss with gentle care and loving-kindness.

From personal loss to collective loss, there is so much to grieve in our world. Our grief asks to be witnessed and tended to in community. You do not have to do this alone.

We will start our time together in circle, utilizing ritual and mindful presence to honor our grief journeys. With the guidance of an experienced facilitator, we will name and discuss aspects of grief that often go unspoken in our society. Journals will be provided so we can take paper and pen and allow the writing prompts to give our inner experience a voice. After the circle feels complete, we will move our bodies in a restorative yoga practice designed to help integrate what surfaces.

Each month will focus on an aspect of grief being called into our circle for witnessing. This is to give voice to and hold that grief.

Pre-registration is required – you must sign up no later than the 18th to save your spot.

Sanctuary is offered at sliding-scale, $30-50. Discounted rates are available upon request.

We hope you join us; all grief is welcome.

Constellations: March meeting

Creating community through deep listening & sharing conversation

The intention of Constellations is to co-create a welcoming, safe and intimate environment for talking and sharing, and to practice deep listening to one another… to hold space.

Each meeting will be centered around a prompt (our “North Star”) as an invitation to practice thoughtful communication and quiet space-holding. Together we'll build a sacred and sweet community.

Constellations is led by Laela Wilding, yoga teacher and owner of All Heart Yoga.

What to expect/ the flow of each session: We will begin in a circle, most likely sitting on the floor for the duration (but we do have a couple of chairs). The topic will be introduced, we’ll share our names. We will have moments of quiet threaded throughout the experience, to invite a sense of spaciousness and absorption. Individuals will not be required to speak but will be encouraged to do so. There will be an emphasis on active listening and reflecting, we will not be giving each other advice or going down long personal explorations. In fact, we will keep our contributions short so that everyone has time to share as desired. Each session will end with a closing ceremony of a guided mediation or yoga nidra.

This is a new offering and may evolve over time. Each month there will be a new prompt. You are encouraged to join each session but are not required to do so. Sign up to receive an email with more information about our prompt, Turning Toward the Dark.

Sliding scale $10-30
After you sign up and before our meeting you will receive an email with prompt and inspiration for contemplation.

Self-massage + myofacial release workshop

Self-massage + myofacial release workshop

Slow down and turn inward this winter in a nurturing self-love and myofascial release workshop led by yoga teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, Emeilya Iben.

February is traditionally a time of purification and clearing—a gentle shedding of what no longer serves as we prepare for the renewal of spring. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through practices that support that process both physically and energetically, helping you soften, release, and create space within the body.

Designed to support you through the colder months, this class blends self-massage techniques, mindfulness, breath awareness, and deep rest to release tension stored in the fascia. Using simple props such as balls and blankets, you’ll learn accessible ways to ease stiffness, improve circulation, and reconnect with your body in a compassionate, grounded way.

This is not just a one-time experience—you’ll leave with practical, easy-to-use tools you can bring home and weave into your daily life.

Expect to learn:

• Simple self-myofascial release techniques for common areas of tension

• Breath practice to calm the nervous system and support release

• Short rituals for daily self-care and body awareness

• Ways to listen to your body and respond with kindness

This workshop is an invitation to practice self-love—not as perfection, but as listening, softening, and caring for yourself exactly as you are. All levels are welcome; no prior experience is necessary. Everything you need will be provided, though feel free to bring a personal journal for reflections.

Cost sliding-scale $35-45 (Monthly members receive 10% off all workshops.)

Sanctuary | Community Grief Circle | October

Sanctuary is a monthly community grief circle, a practice of co-creating a container to hold our experiences of loss with gentle care and loving-kindness.

Facilitated by Liz McCausland, MSW, RYT500

There is so much to grieve in the world. From personal to ecological, collective, and existential, grief weighs heavily on many hearts. Our grief asks to be tended to and integrated, and we do not have to do it alone.

With the guidance of a facilitator, each circle will honor our grief journey with reverence, cultivate a sense of community presence, and move with our grief through supportive asana and pranayama practices.

Ritual. Witnessing. Movement. Breath.

Sanctuary is an invitation, a howl, a calling to the tender hearts to gather.

  • To be seen and to witness.

  • To listen and to share.

  • To slow down and integrate.

  • And to provide support for one another.

We hope you join us; all grief is welcome.

Sliding Scale $30-50

*Sanctuary is a community offering; discounted rate is available upon request

Sound Sabbath with Nikki Caballero

Sound Sabbath is a space for individuals who would like to attend a monthly secular gathering that will provide each person the space to dive into their own ritual journey and discover the altar within.

Each session will include tools for maintaining your energetic hygiene and/or self-care practices, grounding, energetic clearing, and an immersive sound journey experience.

A sound bath is a therapeutic meditation focusing on vibrational sound with a directed intention to calm the mind and relax the physical body. Quartz crystal bowls stimulate alpha and theta brainwaves associated with a clear and peaceful state of mind while bringing all bodily systems back into balance.

A yoga mat, blanket and bolster will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else you would like to make yourself comfortable lying down for a prolonged period, such as an extra blanket or pillow. You may also bring a journal to make note of any insights, visions or symbolic imagery that comes through during your journey.

Sliding scale $33-44

This is offered the second Sunday of each month.

Constellations: October meeting

Sign up to receive an email with more information and receive the discussion prompt.

Sliding scale $10-30
After you sign up and before our meeting you will receive an email with prompt and inspiration for contemplation.
