This is a six-week Friday morning series with Kat Freya. This course is geared toward students with established movement or yoga practices who want to deepen into an Ashtanga practice. A container to explore a beautiful and rigorous sequence with plenty of space for experimenting, modification, intuition, and curiosity.
What to expect:
• We'll work through about half of the primary series, plus the finishing sequence
• Integration of breathwork—ujjayi and bandhas—into the postures
• Modifications, modifications, and more modifications to feel the form alive and responsive in your body
• Humor, rigor, and plenty of inquiry
