Our practice will include: 

  • A brief sound bath to ground and release tension

  • Pranayama, or breathing techniques, for centering and calm

  • Yoga Nidra 

  • Journaling for integration

Accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Please bring what you need to be comfortable lying down for a prolonged period, such as a pillow or blanket. We provide a yoga mat, bolster and blanket.
