This workshop focuses on the interplay between holding on and letting go. Through our movement practice, we will explore alignment and propping techniques that provide a sense of stability and practice a breathing technique that invites the nervous system to feel fully supported in surrender. We will settle into Yoga Nidra centered on the beauty of change and release.
Note: The studio has all of the mats and props you will need however, a journal, and any extra layers or items to stay cozy are welcome.
