Slow down and turn inward this winter in a nurturing self-love and myofascial release workshop led by yoga teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, Emeilya Iben.
February is traditionally a time of purification and clearing—a gentle shedding of what no longer serves as we prepare for the renewal of spring. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through practices that support that process both physically and energetically, helping you soften, release, and create space within the body.
Designed to support you through the colder months, this class blends self-massage techniques, mindfulness, breath awareness, and deep rest to release tension stored in the fascia. Using simple props such as balls and blankets, you’ll learn accessible ways to ease stiffness, improve circulation, and reconnect with your body in a compassionate, grounded way.
This is not just a one-time experience—you’ll leave with practical, easy-to-use tools you can bring home and weave into your daily life.
Expect to learn:
• Simple self-myofascial release techniques for common areas of tension
• Breath practice to calm the nervous system and support release
• Short rituals for daily self-care and body awareness
• Ways to listen to your body and respond with kindness
This workshop is an invitation to practice self-love—not as perfection, but as listening, softening, and caring for yourself exactly as you are. All levels are welcome; no prior experience is necessary. Everything you need will be provided, though feel free to bring a personal journal for reflections.
Cost sliding-scale $35-45 (Monthly members receive 10% off all workshops.)
