If so, this workshop is designed for you. During this 75 minute session, you will be guided through practices that are specifically geared towards resetting your nervous system, and restoring equilibrium to your whole self.
You will:
Participate in a grounding mindfulness practice to help reduce anxiety in the moment
Experience a rhythmic and predictable movement practice that supports nervous system regulation
Be guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation that connects you to a sense of inner calm

Bonny Chipman is an Integrated Movement Therapist, E-RYT 500 (highly experienced yoga teacher), and Certified Accessible Yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade and offering her Yoga for Anxiety workshops and series for the past 6 years.Her personal experiences with chronic illness and anxiety fueled her desire to develop a program that offers accessible tools, rooted in IMT and yoga, to help manage anxiety and empower those, like herself, who live with it.
